Physically, I'm not too bothered. I prefer distinctly European looking women, but beyond that I don't really have much preference. IMO there is no 'best' eye or hair colour for example, I think it all depends on the person. Good personal hygiene is mandatory. Height anywhere in the region of 1.5-1.8m is ideal, but up to 2m isn't a deal-breaker either. The woman doesn't have to be incredibly toned or anything, but being incredibly overweight/obese would be a turn-off.

Personality wise, someone who's kind, has a good sense of humour and knows how to keep a conversation going would be good. They don't have to be introverted, but they should be okay with *me* being introverted and knowing that I wouldn't want to attend social events all the time (sometimes ofc, but not every day). I'd like her to be relatively independent, i.e. not solely relying on me financially, and to have a job or career (or at least ambitions of one) of her own. Should ideally have a good relationship with her family, and be open to the idea of starting one somewhere down the line too. Bonuses would be sharing mutual hobbies or interests of mine (but none of this is mandatory): a love of travel, a love of cooking, foreign languages, plays an instrument and/or sings, enjoys nerdy internet stuff or videogames.

And in terms of the relationship dynamic, honesty should come before anything and everything - it would do so for me and I'd want the same back from her. We'd solve issues together rather than separately, and not be afraid to discuss concerns or misgivings about the relationship with one another.
