Edit: Now that I look, it seems that it does not vary much with respect to the mdlp k16 of gedmatch, the names change but the calculation is very similar.

Is ANE really ANE? Steppe is not supposed to be a mixture between Caucasian and EHG (Which in turn is a mixture between European Mesolithic and ANE)?

I do not understand this comparison.
