It's common knowledge within the states. Before Cuomo's big announcement the limit in NY was 24 weeks(double that of Denmark) and the extension was to be up to 40 weeks, that's aleady 9 months. I think he's mixing it up with what the governor of Virginia said and what his administration had in mind, as that was another major shock to people. I don't think Virginia's had as much of a chance in going through with it, though.

Like they say, for every action there's a reaction and these announcements are at the root of these reactions within many of these Southern states. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. If it was to be up to the states, they were gonna try to make that apply to them. It hasn't got shit to do with regulating muh wammenz. Women with children happen to be the more vocal against abortion in this country most often.

Let me ask you this: A woman has a miscarriage. Does that mean she shouldn't carry a baby if it will miscarry? That isn't our decision. Deliberately taking the life of another is murder. That is why miscarriage is not murder. It is God's will or simply an accident.
