Hypothetical: Had the US not entered the Great War who would have won?

Probably a stalemate (as both would have been sick and tired of the slaughter) but it's not unlikely that the British blockade of Germany would have starved the Germans into surrender somewhere in 1919.

And by "not entered" do you include the lending of arms, munitions and supplies to Britain and France, so as to say we were not involved in any way?

Most likely the entente since the entente were making a comeback in the Balkans and with the crushing defeat of the Ottomans and the Bulgarians they were well on their way to take Vienna. With Austria gone I don't believe Germany could survive with their Western and Southern front (the Southern one obviously most vulnerable) being under attack simultaneously. The Germans already had trouble on their Western front, had a new front opened in Bavaria then the Serbs and Greeks supported by Brits and French could've just rushed their way to Berlin.

I dont think there would have been a clear cut winner. I am assuming your question includes the usa still selling arms to the parties involved.

I see it as Germany holding continental western europe pushed up to Moscow, Britian staying where its at territorially, but turning over the remains of its empire to Germany. France has been crushed. North africa is held by Germany, canadian forces withdraw from the neatherlands and all of europe. Russia collapses after being surrounded by japan and germany and is in ruin. china, korea, australia are crushed by japan.

The key point to consider is that Russia was knocked out about the same time the US entered. Germany acquired vast new resources in Eastern Europe while the French and British had few reserves. It was at this time that Lloyd George was overheard saying, "We are going to lose this war." The US entry changed everything and the British were able to make serious dents in the German lines in the Summer Offensive of 1918.

America entered the war too late to be of any significance. America's resources were more important then her men and the areas that Germany gained are not known for their resources.

It's about the First World War.. not the Second. And in the First the Netherlands were neutral although Belgium was under attack.
