I've dealt with some who I didn't know they were Berbers until I heard them speak. Very few, though, and they were mainly girls from Al-Hussaima (Alhucemas in Spanish), usually of middle class (not low) who wore Western clothes.

I've seen the odd Riffian and Kabyle with light eyes, and yet there is always a je-ne-sais-quoi that tells away, non noticeable in static images.

A Kabyle with light eyes is certainly not odd at all. Anyway you guys are Spanish and there are almost no Berbers living in Spain...so I don't know how you could tell.

A Spanish tourist in Morocco saw this Riffian woman with her daughter, and she reported it as she thought that it might be Madeleine McCann, the British girl vanished in Portugal's south coast. The McCanns also believed that it could well be their daughter in the picture sent by the Spanish tourist.

No, I dont think there is overlap between North Africans and Europeans (Southern, to be precisely).

how can you say that those people are unmixed? where are the sources? Anyway most of them looks African only someone is pretty uncommon and look European.

To classify a country it's better picking for example some national teams.

I' ve been in north western Africa several times, even in Algeria, and people are dark as hell, probably one person each 10000000 can have an European look. those tales about light skinned and blue eyed north African are bullshits.
