I don't like to generalize, but I think Italy, the Iberian countries, Greece and France have the best looking architecture.

I would say Italy and Spain.
Much of Central Europe too (especially Austria, Germany, and Prague of course. Budapest too).
Greece has cool ancient architecture, and the whitewashed buildings of the Aegean islands like Santorini and Mikonos are also very iconic, but in a different way.
France has some of the best Gothic cathedrals and Paris has beautiful architecture.
Romania used to have some nice stuff in Bucharest but much of it got destroyed by the communists. But towns in Ardeal have their own charm too.
Something I really want to see more of is Scandinavia and the old wooden churches there, as well as traditional Russian architecture.
