This might be very simplistic, but you could say that Estonia is Nordic, Latvia is Eastern-European(corruption and oligarchs running the country) and Lithuania is Central-European(Catholicism).
Catholicism is a Southern European religion, not Central European. In addition, Protestantism is derived from Catholicism so in a sense, it is also Southern like Catholicism.
