I found an article of questionable authority on reddit that said the average weight in Scotland was 167lbs and it was only 151lbs in the Netherlands. Must be all those deep fried Mars Bars.

The facts are that the Dutch are as a whole lighter-haired ( especially more blond) but are less light-eyed or less pale or freckled. While the Scots are as whole dark-haired ( more brown-haired), still have more red or ginger hair than the Dutch. The Scottish are also lighter or bluer-eyed than the Dutch. However, differences between these North-West European people are for the most part exaggerated. The Dutch are more slender, slightly taller ( They are Europe's tallest) than the Scots.
