It's true Jews also collaborated with the Moors. I recall Jules Michelet even remarking that they controlled Moorish finances. But I fail to see why it's so hard to believe other Jews did the opposite. I've provided the link to the book, the source Leon used, and the text.

The abrupt conquest of the Peninsula
