The Karakachans / Sarakatsani are Vlachs, Hellenistic Thracians or Greek people?

In the Ottoman Empire, the Karakachans were a relatively independent ethnic group and experienced the trade of meat (lamb and mutton) and wool. They usually spent the summer months in the Rhodope Mountains, in present-day Bulgaria, and returned south to present-day Greece for the winter. The migration began on St. George's Day and the return migration on Dimitrovden.

Some of them absorbed among Turks under the "Dağlı" ethnicity in Eastern Rhodopes(the mountainous areas between Kardzhali and Komotini). At least this is the conclusion which i reach after few years genetic experience on Balkan Turks.

In Bulgaria they are mainly found around the town of Sliven, this is in the central part of the country. Socialism puts an end to the nomadic life of the Karakachans, who settle in the cities of Sliven, Karnobat, Kazanlak Every summer, a Karakachan fair is held in the Karandila area near Sliven, with the participation of Karakachans from Bulgaria, Greece and Northern Macedonia.

Probably, Sarakatsani ancestry explains my admixture scores, oracle and global 25 results and of course macthes.
