I've never understood this. Chain smokers who claim to be for saving the environment or rant about the health benefits of a certain food. Isn't smoking the ultimate act of de-progression? Yeah and he will cost society dearly when he dies and his kids no longer have a support pillar. He will incur costs on society from his poisoning himself and his children.

He should not be allowed to do this. The state should punish him through fines and or draconian taxes on his income for poisoning the public and others around him including his kids. The taxpayer gets to suffer for his degeneracy when he goes to the hospital and wastes the states resources on his cancer.
