Where is the border between trolling and disputation?

Obviously and for personal expirience, if the other guy or girl is not being mature and objective, she or he would accuse you of trolling.

Well an Internet "Troll" does want to say something that is a "provokation" to the people in a forum. He does know that the people in the Forum will not agree but be upset and its his foremost intention to make them upset with his opinion.

100% of Atheists that post into a Christian forum are Trolls, because they are not interested in Christianity but their only intention is to speak out provocations to Christians.

On the other hand....
Its sometimes hard to say where the border is.

If someone says something that I do not agree with, he makes me upset.
If it was his intention to make me upset, he is a Troll.

But how can you say, it was his intention to do so?
And how is it possible to dispute at only people participate who share identical opinions?
