It's weird.. a gas leak in summer ? It's very suspect since it is in the regjeringskvartalet, the area where government services are situated.

It seeme to have been aimed directly at the office of Prime Minister Stoltenberg.

More information. There are unconfirmed rumours of a second bomb in Youngstorget, which is a square somewhere in the city and if I remember correctly from reading about Oslo a while back it's where the offices of many political parties and trade unions are or used to be situated.

His Excellency the Prime Minister is safe and unharmed.
