    Default Question about Catholicism

Can a person that was raised a Catholic (not baptised) still be considered a Catholic (or influenced by it) even-though he has severe doubts to the infallibility of the Pope ? And while criticising the corruption within the Church ?

You must be baptised to be Catholic. Even to be a lax Catholic you must be baptised. Though I'm sure that you could say a non-baptised person can be influenced by certain aspects of Catholicism whilst criticising others.

I understand that part but would I be a good enough Catholic if I went through that part ?

You can criticise the failings of the men of the Church. I think many people would be surprised Tristan. We're as disgusted as any about the abuse scandal. We feel just as betrayed. These were our shepherds, our spiritual fathers, and they betrayed us. Or even criticising other corrupt men in the Church for such sins as simony etc. is allowed.

However, you cannot deny dogmas of the Faith. To do so is to fall into heresy. If you have issues with Papal Infallibility for example, discuss it with one who is knowledgeable on the subject and pray that you may be converted.

The infallability of the Pope crap is only the tip of the iceberg of what's wrong with the Catholic Church. I come from a very long line of Catholics, was raised agnostic, looked into Catholicism later and ran screaming. The assholes want us to welcome millions of illegal aliens border-busters and support the annihilation of the white race through mixing. That's all I have to know.

"Yawnie yawnie yawn". Many Catholics are actually revolted by those priests and I remember Murphy saying that these priests should be prosecuted for breaking the law.
