That's because Serrat is a Catalan. It is easier for us to pronounce certain sounds, as we already know them.

Camilo can speak Catalan, in its Valencian form though, but he has probably used Spanish most of his life.

Undefined. When sung, Latin American varieties sound pretty much the same, unless they use slang or exaggerated mannerisms from their area. I said it mainly because of her pronunciation of c/z like an s and the pronunciation of j like a h.
