Well, I'm living in the country where Indians make up around 28% of the population or 2.8 million Indians in a country less than 10 million, and honestly I have never seen an Indian with that look but rather among the SE Asians and the Tibeto-Burmese peoples of South Asia.

This is an honest question with no personal agenda: are there a lot of SE Asian tourists in Nepal or are there a lot of Nepali students/workers in SE Asian countries? How do they know what SE Asians look like?
