Well, my first vacation was almost totally free as I was hosted by my friend, the second one comes from the savings of the whole year. I earn less than ever before right now, but I also spend less, save up a lot and plan ahead. All it takes is careful spending and planning and you can still enjoy most things, including vacations!

Besides, Berlin is a relatively inexpensive destination, actually it is *much* cheaper than Athens!

If it wasn't for the plane tickets, then I'd say that a 4-day vacation in Berlin costs about half the money than a 4-day vacation in a Greek island...

Truth to that! Phew.... Corfu was expensive

More expensive than other european destinations, but it was worth it!
