Her eyes look bad, because the skin of her eyelids is way too dark (and I don't think it's just because of makeup), and she also has too high upper eyelid exposure:



Also even though her face is fairly round, her head is still too small. A large and round face is better than a small and round face.

Overall she just looks zombified and soulless, even though that is how models are supposed to look.
