No magic recipes, I'm afraid,

but since you've been awake so long and on the computer, your brain is probably over-stimulated, so I would suggest trying to get rid of all external stimulus... log off the computer, dim the lights, lay back in a quiet spot (no tv!

) and read a really boring book (this will allow you to focus on something that doesn't cause you to think too much. If you try to shut off your thoughts without something else to focus on, it probably won't work. This is why people use candles and such to focus on when meditating.) Eventually your brain activity will slow down to the point of allowing you to drift off to sleep.
