We could check in individual averages datasheet which Portuguese individual samples are more south shifted, and include Luso and you among them and make another average.

Same for Northern shifted Portugal individual averages including more Portuguese members who are more Northern Shifted...

We can use for it the same base that model type "are you closer to A or B", comparing them with 2 distant populations, one North and another one South, for example irish for North and Moroccans for South, and just catch the samples that are not extremelly close, for not to choose outlier-like individuals, for being extremelly Northern or extremelly Southern shifted.

Or comparing them with Galicians or Canarians, to choose closer references , or any other that could work.
