Y84307 has six other defining SNPs to test BY87256, Y93273, Y101738, Y106341, Y107377, Y112550 because the branch is formed by two samples of the same surname. Six out of 7 can be ordered at YSeq Shop.

I think in my case, it makes more economic sense to wait a couple of years for whole genome sequencing to become more affordable.

I agree, especially if the WGS is not only Y-DNA like Dante Labs. If funds are limited, the local genealogical-local-tribal connection is known, or Y-STR results are available which can predict downstream subclade - then Yseq is a good option to get a confirmation and stop for time being. However, if there's real interest to go downstream for a private sample and (un)fortunately it get to be a case of I-PH908* - then Yseq becomes a waste and is better to do WGS test. However, it is risk of money and time in both ways.

Doesn't give a distribution for R-Z2125 but this is the distribution on a map:

-Z2125 occurs at highest frequencies in Kyrgyzstan and in Afghan Pashtuns (>40%). At a frequency of >10%, it is also observed in other Afghan ethnic groups and in some populations in the Caucasus and Iran.[
