For anyone who lives in an American city with a WinCo Foods supermarket: at the WinCo that I go to, they sell empty blue plastic water bottles. Next to the bottles is a station where you can fill the bottle with a gallon of water. A bottle costs 48 cents, and a gallon of water costs 30c.

For as long as it lasts, this is a way to get water even if the regular bottled water is sold out.

Update: the last time I went there, they had started to charge $6.58 for the plastic bottle. But I was able to find bottled water for 80c for a gallon-sized plastic bottle.

I still have curcuma,red chilli,various spices,garlic,start to be a bit low on fenugreek
the capsaïcin (8-méthyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonénamide),the active agent, is very good for killing microbs
