Viking raids mostly affected the northern regions of Scotland IMO, in particular the Northern Isles viz. Orkney, Shetland etc. The Germanic ancestry in England is continental-mediated, no?

Country most colonized by Vikings is a Great Britain (Danes in England and Norwegians in Scotland). Next would be Netherlands and French Normandy. Less impacted by Viking settlement were former Rus state (West Russia, Ukraine and Belarus) and South Italy with Sicily (mainly adventurers, mercenaries and nobles who taken local wives).

England and Ireland likely have similar amounts, England mostly from Danes, Ireland mostly from Norwegians. Probably 5-10% depending on the region.

Shetland and Orkney have the most Norse admixture outside of Scandinavia and Iceland. 20-25%.

Don't know about the Viking influence on the continent, probably modern Normans have something similar to England and Ireland.
