These are the borders of Epirus.
Everything north of there is Illiria, not Epirus.

Yes but as you can see Epirotes had expanded to north so that it was called New Epirus/Greek Illyria ,even prior to this there were Greek colonies up north ,Illyrians would have been Hellenized/Romanized by then and later the Albanian language would come from somewhere between Dacia&Dardania.

I'm 100% sure that Southern Epirote Greeks have Albanian blood. There's no way that two populations living with/next to each can coexist without reproducing together.
Remember Ali Pasha? His favorite mistress was a Greek from Epirus

Lol @ 19th century Western Orientalism for making her look like a blond English woman while depicting him as a Kurd

For the record: thats not to say that Greeks don't have a rightful historic claim over all of Epirus.

The south Epirus had predominately Hellenic speaking population, the northern part had a mixed population of Hellenic speakers, and muslims, who happened to be albanian speakers also.

Napoleon Zervas, a suliote, fought against the musliman albanians and send them to albania.

These are Greeks that come from Greater Epirus a region that has been Greek continuously since antiquity.

The fact Northern Epirus is nowadays part of Albania doesn't change the Greek origin of the people you mention.

Special combination of a Turk and a fucking idiot. So nothing but thumbs down from me and I only give them to 'special' retards.

This is a 1820 drawing of Ali Pasha.

Byron depicted him as having blue eyes:

In a letter to his mother, dated November, 1809, Byron wrote a description of his host:

His Highness is sixty years old, very fat and not tall, but with a fine face, light blue eyes and a white beard, his manner is very kind

I can't find the date for this, must be recent but looks closer to the original.
