Yes but as you can see Epirotes had expanded to north so that it was called New Epirus/Greek Illyria ,even prior to this there were Greek colonies up north ,Illyrians would have been Hellenized/Romanized by then and later the Albanian language would come from somewhere between Dacia&Dardania.

The south Epirus had predominately Hellenic speaking population, the northern part had a mixed population of Hellenic speakers, and muslims, who happened to be albanian speakers also.

Napoleon Zervas, a suliote, fought against the musliman albanians and send them to albania.

These are Greeks that come from Greater Epirus a region that has been Greek continuously since antiquity.

The fact Northern Epirus is nowadays part of Albania doesn't change the Greek origin of the people you mention.
