Is the U.S.A more right wing or more left wing?

Some things change with whether the republicans are in or the democrats are in. Mostly however America is fairly consistant and on the same course whichever party is in. what is that course and why do you think that?

Obviously Obama is a card carrying marxist who cares more about destroying white people in america than helping black people. However his goverment is really at the end of the day the same as george bush's.

It depends on what you compare it to. Overall, it's a lot more left wing than it was say 90 years ago. But it's a lot more right wing than most of Europe.

Economically it's very right wing as far as the world as whole goes, but socially it's sort of in the middle with Europe and parts of Latin America on the left and the Islamic countries and parts of Asia and Africa on the right.

Also the definitions are shifting, until recently restrictions on social freedoms and civil liberties were associated with 'the right', but now with nanny state liberalism they are associated with 'the left'.

Some might fly a communist banner but if they really were communist they'd actually be looking after minorities i their country over themselves. The communist banner is often just an anti-european banner. It doesn't mean the country is marxist in practice.
