I've been told that unassigned in Latin Americans is always European so he could very well be over 85% European (WANA is part of his Iberian ancestry). For me only 100% European individuals are white regardless of phenotype, your point of view seems to be more socially-oriented.

Well, I score 5-7% Siberian/East Eurasian on Gedmatch and I'm fully Russian/Belorussian. I also look completely European.
