I've posted the source many times on this thread, I don't have time to look for it again but it says around 28%. Not only that, but my eyes don't lie , and I see that blondism among nuristanis is more than sardinians who are almost all brunette's .

If Norwegians aren’t blond then no one is blond! You have to know that blond hair has a spectrum as well, in the same way brown and red hair do. In Scandinavia due to the abundance of fair hair in many instances, only those with light blond hair might be seen as blond hair. However, if one compares most Scandinavians with non - Scandinavians, they are obviously blond. Light blond isn’t the only blond shades. It’d be foolish to think so. Your «*20%*» figure will only concern light blonds. This guy is not blonde, he has light brown hair. Majority of scandinavians are not blonde. 15-20% is not much for Norway, Bayern is 10-15% blonde, obviously this number is higher in Norway.
