Ugliest men and women - which region has them?

I don't think any particular race or ethnic group is exactly "ugly" as a whole. Ugly to me implies deformed or physically malformed. I've seen attractive people of every race (hate to say that on a European ethnic preservation board but hey...)

Certainly the group that are furthest from European aesthetic ideals are the Tasmanian aboriginals. Some of them have unbelievably primitive physiology. Definitely the most "archaic" ethnic group to survive into the 20thc

There's some kind of distortion making an already extremely archaic face look even more strange. But in any case the Tasmanians were physically primitive even compared to their relatives on the Australian mainland.

They are usually the more average looking ones they where I'm at, but yeah I could think of a few who haven't... yet.

Well for starters I'm pretty liberal/left and don't consider any race or ethnicity either particularly superior or inferior, so i may be in a minority here, but the whole discussion IS very interesting and I definitely have an open mind - I'm carefull with labels such as 'racist' because I think the human species is inherently biased to favour any individual that shares their charactaristics (ie. inherently 'racist').

Having said that - native Australians really don't have their looks going for them. I can think of at least ONE image I've seen of women from every other ethnic group that I've found at least partially appealing, but Aboriginal women (perhaps also Central/Southern native American women without Hispanic influence) are the only group where I can honestly say I have yet to see someone I'd consider attractive...

On the flipside: Swedish & Danish white women really have to take the gold medal on beauty - as a man you CANNOT walk down the street in Stockholm or Copenhagen and not be distracted...

Personally, I find the mixed regions to have the least aesthetically attractive people: North Africa, South Asia, Turkey, and Central America.
So, what do you think?
