Scientific study says IQ is a myth :
The idea that intelligence can be measured by a single number — your IQ — is wrong, according to a recent study led by researchers at the University of Western Ontario . The study, published in the journal Neuron on Wednesday, involved 100,000 participants around the world taking 12 cognitive tests, with a smaller sample of the group undergoing simultaneous brain-scan testing. 'When we looked at the data, the bottom line is the whole concept of IQ — or of you having a higher IQ than me — is a myth,' said Dr. Adrian Owen, the study’s senior investigator... 'There is no such thing as a single measure of IQ or a measure of general intelligence.

Forget about old-fashioned IQ tests :
New algorithm uses brain scans to tell how smart you are
Forget about controversial, old-fashioned IQ tests as a measure of intelligence. A new machine-learning algorithm, which was developed by scientists at Caltech, can predict a person’s intellectual ability with unprecedented accuracy.
Scientists led by Ralph Adolphs — a professor of psychology, neuroscience, and biology from the Caltech Brain Imaging Center in Pasadena, CA — developed a machine-learning tool that can predict how intelligent a person is based on their brain activity patterns.
Specifically, the new algorithm relies on data culled by a functional MRI (fMRI) scanner.

Sweden excluded about 11-35% of its student population, which was of immigrant origin, in order to get these results. They cannot be reliable, considering their way lower results, when all students were included.

It's all due to quality of education (Which is due to the wealth of a country)

It is not necessarily due to the wealth of a country. For instance, the USA is technically wealthier than Canada, at least by GDP standards, but invests more in the military than in education and health care. Canada is poorer than the USA, at least by absolute GDP terms, yet, Canada outperforms the USA on the PISA.
You fail ! Try again Capitalist pig ! Canada is more Socialist than the USA and so is Western Europe or a lot of Western Europe at least !

That is not what you said. You said :
"It's all due to quality of education (Which is due to the wealth of a country)"
Logically you said if a country has quality education than it is a wealthy country which is relative and so not necessarily true. For instance, will the USA have better PISA scores than poor third world countries ? YES ! Will the USA have inferior PISA scores compared to certain socialist Asian countries, certain Socialist Western European countries and Socialist Canada ? YES ! Socialist Canada's PISA scores are very much superior to America's PISA scores it is not just a matter of they are a little bit better but very significantly better !

Alright I see what you mean, so let me re-phrase. It has nothing to do with the economic system of a government, rather how much money is being poured into education. Therefore, the more money that is being invested into education should correlate with a higher PISA score, regardless of capitalism or socialism
