Lightbulb Do you guys think that fat CAN be Beautiful?

So I was watching a random episode of Miami Ink after one long channel surf & suddenly this woman came on:

Now she calls herself "Deidrababe" & is apparently a very popular "big" model(at some site an actual one called big cuties or something. which is basically, suicide girls for fat women)...Ew...Really? I look at her & I instantly threw up in my mouth. How can this be sexy? I mean, if you're putting on weight, go on a diet, sign up for a gym membership, for crap's sake do something! It's out of utter laziness that you're fat! And don't give me that crap about this world being unfair and thinking only skinny people are sexy! well, That's life for you! No one's gonna take pity on you cause you overeat and sit on your ass all day, well no one but the people at the National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance(NAAFA) I guess. Really?! There's an association to encourage such unhealthy lifestyles? You might as well just hand them their death certificates already! I get it I guess we all need to feel loved & blah, blah, blah or they may fall into depression and wind up killing themselves on the other hand they're lifestyle might catch up with them first & give em cardiac arrest let's take a look at this shall we:

Hmmm nope! no depression, So cut all the crap, and stop telling them it's ok to be fat, cause it's not. It's really just saying, "It's ok to look like a beached whale and die before age 35, just as long as you have a whole lot of confidence in yourself", wtf, no amount of confidence is gonna save you from an early grave.

truthfully I think Adele & fat Sophie Dahl are pretty but IDK I wouldn't say I lust after them. Now a group of Dutch scientists recently decided to further probe the fertile scientific mystery of why men prefer to sleep with thin women. The pioneering research in the field, which I read about years ago but have been unable to find online, discovered that even men on a remote island who had never seen a copy of Vogue or watched TV found skinny women sexier than fat women–despite the fact that this culture actually prized fat women, as in the Rubenesque heyday for lazy women. The landmark discovery–that men of all cultures prefer a woman with a waist 70% the size of her hips–was no doubt praised by the avant garde fashion industry, as it boldly refuted the accepted notion that unrealistic images in the media have unfairly shaped sex appeal in the modern age. So, you see–it’s totally okay for the media to continue promoting skinny women with perfectly-engineered breasts, since men literally cannot help but lust after them. I mean, science is on our side–it’s pure biology! It’s not our fault! Honest!
Now come on who would you rather sleep with?(if you had the chance of course & either woman were in to you)

NOW LADIES, Don't think I forgot about you. you too, get to be picky(not that you already aren't)
    Now pick. same question.

(sorry couldn't find any fat male models, oh well)

Plus size can be beautiful, obese NO freaking way.

It is equally as ugly and unhealthy as anorexia.

In these photos (as well as an incident I mentioned in the "Funny pictures" thread) is not only that this woman is vehemently obese, but that she also wears those clothes...

To make it clear, I don't generally like dressing too provocatively in any event (at least not since I was 20 or something).

But if you have to dress like this, I think you must have a nice figure. For example, mini skirts and shorts for nice legs, open blouses for nice cleavages, short tops only if you have a slim belly and you have worked on your abs (damn, I hate muffin tops ) etc...

When I gained weight and I was never morbidly obese or even remotely obese, I still refrained from wearing anything tight or revealing because the world did not have to know I had cellulitis and flabby thighs.

Even when I am a bit over my normal weight and my butt gets bigger I would refrain from wearing shorts or tight pants. And so on and so forth. So looking at this sight makes me wonder "what the hell is she thinking"?
Surely there's a percentage of men who are into this fetish, but come on - for the general public, that is a violation of aesthetics...

I think this National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance(NAAFA) might disagree. I've seen(& I bet you have as well) a lot of fat chicks say this "you're never to big to be sexy" thanks to this overused quote fat ladies feel the need to show some skin I guess they think it's empowering somehow

I find it sad. I'm not glamorizing anorexia I was a one at 12 I wouldn't wish it on anyone but for God's sake take care of your damn self

    You stole my words Absinthe.

I've got something of a belly myself, and although some people may like it, I am returning to my previous, slender weight.
There is so much of a difference between a voluptuous woman and an obese woman. A voluptuous woman has fat in the right place to make a nice waist to hip ratio, a fat woman looks just gross and disgraceful with no self respect.
The body even loses all symmetry!

And with men, there is also a difference. It does not mean that a man must have abs of steel...something of a belly can even be more attractive than painfully skinny, but a gross stomach and immobile legs is also a disgrace.

With a hideous agravant: nowadays is "trendy" and PC to stand for intolerant actitudes against thin ones: for example, at certain fashion events every fashion model hired by a firm on being under a certain height/weight percentage is automatically labeled as anorexical and inmediately banned (violating her obvious right to have a job) from participating.

I'm not here for advocating in favour of such destructive paranoia named anorexia but just to state that many of the people on thinness-sick features are more healthy than the people who look them wrong. For example I was terribly skinny at my mid-twenties (my pictures amazing even myself), although I had a distorted view of my external image so I saw myself a little tinnier than normal...but I was healthier than ever. Nowadays I weight 10 and 20 kg more and feel like crap...and that's not a distorted feeling.
