As a very Nordic very blonde light blue eyed Swedish woman I strongly disagree Northern European men are the least attractive.
In fact I find Scandinavian (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) men the most attractive, followed by Dutch men and Icelandic men.
I'd go with Southern Europeans as the least attractive.
