He's just Kakhetian - one of those guys that make Western Georgians think that once you cross over Surami you enter Iran In reality his looks are quite uncommon but it's like with South Italians. Few really Moorish looking fellas produce the skewed impression about overall phenotype.

Lol, I am Kakhetian myself and I know how people look there. His type is certainly uncommon and majority of Kakhetians don't look mcuh dofferent from say Gurians or Adjarians.
