As tasteless and insensitive as this picture is, I'm also concerned with the fact that people viewing this picture or commenting on it may be subject to prosecution. In this sense, the picture not only violates people's sensibilities, but it may in fact endanger people's civil liberties too.

I don't think the kid is dead, this seems like a sick joke. Also I think the Facebook page is also a sick joke. The name "Eugene Terrorblanche" is actually borrowed from an obscure Die Antwoord track dissing Eugene TerreBlanche. Whether it is a racist, or anti-racist page, though, it's still in bad taste.

Regardless of whether the picture is fake, the fact remains that it IS a disgusting photo. I grew up in a town as far from liberal as you can get without leaving the USA. Yet even those who called other racial groups inappropriate words and made outright racist jokes would NOT find humor in THIS photo.
