Where are Gracile Meds found, and what do they look like?

I often hear people classify others as Gracile Med on these forums but I can't seem to think of an area where they are the predominant type, nor can I really envision the distinctive features that go with this classification. Does anyone have any examples?

Are they similar to Atlanto-Meds or are they a subtype of East Meds?

Gracilmediterranids are the basic Mediterranid type, shorter and more gracile than Atlantomediterranid, common especially along the Mediterranean coast and on the islands. There are more Western and more Eastern variants. Many Gracilmediterranids seem to be present in areas like Portugal, Southern Spain, Sardinia, Sicily and Southern Italy.

To me, Atlanto Mediterraneanid are tall, somewhat lighter and robust version of Gracile Mediterraneanid.

The first looks Atlantid, the second Atlanto-Nordid

Gracile Mediterraneanid and Atlanto Mediterraneanid looks like stereotypical Mediterraneanid whereas Pontid just dont.

I thought about using them, since they are least typical, yet I doubt they are really of that tall-robust boned kind.
