Yes,but silencers don't sound like that in real life! They muffle the sound quite a bit but it's still pretty loud:

My husband owns several rifles and handguns that he had before we ever met. They are LOCKED the hell away and outta the house.....and away from our son!

I do not own any guns...I HATE them....they scare the shit out of me....and I don't want one, either!

Yes,but silencers don't sound like that in real life! They muffle the sound quite a bit but it's still pretty loud:

To add to that, most suppressors silence the gun enough so that one would not need ear protection when firing weapons indoors (I think 150 dB and lower is within the safe range).

With .22 lr supressed rifles you can shoot indoors without protection....with any handgun I doubt it.I won't try anyway (I have a supressor for the Buckmark)

Glocks with silencers sounds pretty smooth, well at least in the videos.

The thing with suppressors is that they don't have any effect on the sound of the action or slide of the gun moving,or in the sonic crack that the bullet creates (when they're supersonic,that is.There's subsonic ammo too).In a closed room it will sound still very loud.
