I don't understand how this woman could pass as turkish, lol. The posts people say about turks is crazy it's like the entire world can pass there? It's getting confusing.

utter BS. I'm yörük and i can tell you we look NOTHING like the woman OP posted. She resembles Thais at most. Taurus Yoruks are predominantly Turano-Pamirids and have zero SEA features unlike the OP woman. I bet sora wants people to classify her as a "Turanid" despite the fact she has no shared features with us other than having monolids

Sora had not any intention to make herselfe more turanid. Like this time, i dont agree with her everytime but often she are classifying good, maybe with some mistakes but honestly nobody are here scientists with „rassenkunde“ skills. Also in my opinion hunans arent dogs, yes ethnicities differ and show own specific quality structure. But sometimes it degenerate to anti scientific discussions here. Generally: Phenotyp can and is sometimes very different to Genotyp. There are half east asian who look fully european. And fully european who look like half mongolian.

I always said and say that: Yörüks arent really different to regular Turks. Yes i am also proud and interested in that there are original turkish lifestyle in anatolia which survived. But yörük just describes your lifestyle, not ethnicity. If someone gets less than 15% east eurasian then its impossible beeing yörük on the other hand if a turk gets at least 15% east eurasian it is impossible beeing regular turk. Ive seen many non yörüks, also from cities where you wouldnt expect, definitely turanid influenced people. Ive also seen yörüks who looked like kurds. I have many turanid and blond/european influenced people in my family but i am definitely not turanid, but i know many about my personal history to claim i am directly descending from oghuz tribes, idk how and with whom my ancestors mixed, but i dont care about it, i am a descendant of a great people. The people here are sonetimes acting like every non yörük is a non turkic. Turk(ic)s werent and arent mongols and instead of them we have a deep relationship to other people, like iranics, slavics, finno ugrics and siberians. Without them we are nothing, without us they are nothing, it is obvious that we dont look like our ancestors who would be proud if they would see what all theor descendants achieved but would be ashamed about some of our issues like this fucking identity issue...

Many turks aren’t basically turanid influenced in theor appearence, that doesnt mean they arent turanid influenced in genetics. That counts for all bashed turkics in West asia and balkans

I didn't say OP had any intention to make herself more turanid, I said she wants people to classify the indian japanese model as Turanid. Read again.

All of the Turks i've seen here are terrible at classifying actually.
