If modernEgyptians have gained almost 10% Sub Saharan influence since The New Kingdom-Roman era more than.likely.Tunisia has as well. Not to mention Carthage was burned to ground by Rome so I think Carthigians could have looked more Levant like in ancient times.

Carthaginians were pre-dominantly Levantine during the beginning of their settlement, but punic samples (from Sardinia) -they were mixed punics with local Sardinians- show a huge IBM input in their genomes which indicates that they -the punics (i.e. Carthaginians) were of North Africa stock rather than Levantine stock as most people think.

Yeah.
