Why does he look mixed? Apparently his mother was fully Finnish, and his father was northern Swedish of nearly fully Finnish descent. The rest is 0,1% East Asian/Siberian with some broadly Northwestern European.

Lampinen is a very Tornedalian name, especially around Övertorneå. Mörtberg is another common surname there. For patronymic names Isaksson is much more common there than the rest of the country.

Every time I meet someone named Lampinen, Mörtberg or Isaksson I directly think that they must be from, or have family from Tornedalen. As did I with the man in the OP, and his father seems to be from Tornedalen.
