I'm not cherry picking anything, majority of Sámi look European wich is no surprise as they are a European people.
I have been to Northern Norway a few times and I know a couple of Saami, they all look European.

Anyway I'm not even sure what you mean by "foreign looking ones", I bet it's just a look that is part of the variation in Northern Europe and not foregin(You can find Swedes, Norwegians, Finns and even some Danes with that "foregin" apperance aswell)
