Have you decided moving to another country?

I know I'm still a little young to be really looking into this but when I'm in my 20's I really want to move to Russia or even America, I don't have much left for me in Poland and the more I think about it the sooner, I want to leave and have ended up looking at flats in Russia and America, I've been looking at renting. Where is the best place to live in the city because I don't want to end up in the middle of no where or in the roughest part of town!

I just wouldn't want to live in some half-authoritarian country that hasn't got a good attitude towards immigrants.
