The guys were I was for a training. Their advertisement video. You see they use punches but also kicks and even the knee.

It's been great so far.

We did sparring and I did short sparring with my coach. Threw alot of feints that connected. They're Thai guys who do both Boxing and Muay Thai, they shouted "oiii!" When my shots landed. Very supportive.

Oh yeah, apparently UFC fighters (former)Miesha Cupcakes, Mighty Mouse Demetrious, Rafael Dos Anjos and Sage Northcutt are part of my gym as instructors.

I remember watching a Miesha UFC fight when I first started training at home, like maybe a year ago.

I think it was against Holly Holm. They both threw a headkick at each other, both landing at the same time. It was fucking hilarious.
