When I was a kid there was a consistent theme on my report cards - talks too much and distracts other students during class.

Nowadays, I have quieted down quite bit, probably average out around a 5/10.

Unless I've known someone for years and feel completely comfortable I practically don't speak at all unless its required for school or work. I absolutely despise small talk, just can't do it.
