I think they look somewhere between the French and North Italians with a graduation from north to south (Nice).

Well I don't think northern Italians and French look all that different anyway but I know what you mean.

They do look between French, Corsican and Northern Italian.

This (well some of it) is the look I would associate with a Alpine-Dinaric blend along with some Atlanto Med.

In the end it's close to a intermediate look and not too extreme (or as some say maxxed out).

In Nauto-Prouvènço (Our Highlands, lol), people generally look very Alpine or Alpinised Mediterraneans, a hight proximity with the Northern-Italians. Provençals Highlanders have a very very very small Celtic influence.

In Prouvènço de la Mar (Marseille, Cannes, Grasses, etc) and Prouvènço dóu Rose (Arles, Nimes, Avignon), people can have more "classic" Mediterranean look, lot of Italians and Greeks influences since some century, especially in Marseille of have a lot of modern-days Italians (Napoli, Sicily, Liguria, Piemont, Venetia, Corsica), modern Greek and ancient Greek heritage.

In Païs Nissart (Nice and the "arrière pays niçois"), people generally looks like others Northern Italians. Lot of them are Ligurians and Piemontese, and may be a minority of Sardinians.

Of course, you must be prudent when you do racial classifications : there is a lot of new arrived non-latins immigrants (Frenchies, Niggers, etc).

Since centuries, we are related to Italians and Catalans, our blood are very close. We aren't like French at all.

^^^ Sorry if I jumped the gun a bit but I was only going by what I was seeing from these pictures, in the sense in how they stood out as looking Southerneastern French and Northern Italian but I guess I was quite wrong.
