This is oddly specific and subjective.

    1. Slovakia/Slovenia.
    2. Croatia.
    3. Austria/Serbia (a tie).
    4. Romania/Ukraine (a tie).

    In my opinion:
Slovakia/Slovenia/Croatia : most similar (but still different)
    The rest is too different
Bosniaks always fascinated me because we don't share a border with them, but they resemble us more than Romanians, Serbs, Ukrainians etc.

Are Hungarians really that similar to Austrians? I agree that there is some degree of general Central European overlap, but Austrians have a lot more Western European looking people compared to the other countries, even if they happen to share the same phenotypes on paper.

This "Romanian Creole" you speak of isn't ethnic Romanians, they are gypsies, so they are not among our type. Are you counting every gypsy mixed Hungarian as Hungarian and "among you" as well following the same logic? Obvious this thread meant ethnic population but you're counting gypsies among Romanians. Cute how you switched to Hungarian to say that.

Nope, in group pics they are not really similar.

There are swarthy romanians, hungarians etc who are not gypsies. Med type is not rare in the region.
