Your DNA portal matching

Is anyone here using Your DNA portal matching? If so are you getting odd results?
For 4 grandparents all from the same country I have Bulgaria and Poland .
I have a match with 2 grandparents from Poland and 2 from Ukraine that lives in Israel.

I used it and browsed through the matches, what I thought was odd was how low CM many of the segments the matches shared were compared to on other sites.
