That's 13 centuries then, from the 7th to the 20th century. And by "Arab", you are counting a lot of different people during that period because different empires are counted as "arab" in that statistic. Everybody knows, it is the west in general, particularly the russians and americans. Industrialism+colonialism have brought unprecedented environmental impacts on the world, not to mention the reckless test of nuclear weapons and its deployment on Japan.

There is no evidence to show the massive massacres by the mongols, no relics, no genetic fotprints so it was all a hype. And the mongols, chinese were the greatest victims of them, not only they massacred, also imposed a racial caste on us, Islam, induced massive cultural destruction. Japan thanked the US? This is a very, very difficult question to answer, especially because we're dealing with a concept that was invented by the West and is largely meaningless from a cultural standpoint. Mankind: there is no mankind, there are only men and civilizations, and mankind is a concept invented to encapsulate them in the Western mind. Put more succinctly, "mankind is a zoological concept or an empty phrase", to quote Spengler, or "mankind? There is no such thing: there are and only ever have been men", to quote Goethe.

If we had to really determine a group of people or a civilization that has done the most damage to all other civilizations, though, or one that has done the most to prevent any subsequent civilization from really arising, I would have to say Europeans have done the most damage. Liberalism and its children like Marxism all come from Europe, and the well-being of all civilizations as well as the survival of human beings as anything more than mere beasts is most threatened by liberalism and Marxism.
