Why do you leave no room for cooperation between US-Europe-Russia? Why is it considered impossible by some of you? It would by far be the best scenario.

The alternative is pushing Russia towards the east, and setting the world up for a major future conflict. There is no need for that, unless people wish for WW3.

Where I have or haven't been is irrelevant to the statistics. Show me any evidence that, say, Afghanistan, is responsible for a significant percentage of non-Europeans currently residing in the Netherlands. If it's over 1% I'll be surprised.
