The objective of the OP is not to provide conclusions, but to give you some data and make some minor analysis, for you to take your own conclusions and vote.
It will look at The Blade's studies of the three countries, and use morphs.
Blade's studies:

Why are The Blade's studies reliable?
-they look at large groups of people, from many occupations
-they use the same criteria for light hair/eyes/phenotypes for every country, so are excellent for comparisons
-he filters out great quantities of dyed hair among females, that he can spot by looking at roots and perhaps other factors (among males, the percentage of dyed hair is insignificant, but he filtered/would filter them out if he spotted them)
-eye colour should be very accurate as well, as the use of coloured contact lenses is pretty insignificant
-about the Portugal study, I talked to him by pm, and he told me no group analysed was significantely lighter or darker, except footballers, that were darker (this is demonstrated further on)
-a study such as his, is better than stereotypes

Blade's passability analysis
(this is not exact math, and it's about individual passability until a certain degree of atypicality)
Moroccans in Portugal - 20%-25% of wemen, 5% of men
Portuguese in Sweden - 25%-30% of wemen, 18%-20% of men
Swedish in Portugal - vast majority of people pass on the lighter side of the Portuguese spectrum (don't have to be as Nordic looking as Portuguese people such as footballer Ruizinho Furtado or singer Sofia Ribeiro "Lince")
Portuguese in Morocco - less than Swedish in Portugal
--------------------
Morphs
The Blade has stressed that in Iberia and other places with a sizeable ectomorph Gracile Med and related minority, these types get canalized to sports with the characteristics and type of skill of football, therefore, footballers are darker and less robust than other groups analysed, the opposite happening in rugby for instance; this has been noticed time and time again by people in the anthro comunity, I even saw some more reosanable ItalicRoots people admitting it, maybe because they noticed they were cherrypicking many footballers.
Swedish Morphs (1st one may be more representative because of Cro-Magnon element, second ones are footballers - a similar phenomena may happen here, regarding robustness, according to The Blade)
Portuguese Morphs and More (footballers, rugby players, combined-most accurate_also match Blade's hair/eye/phenotype average well; morph made from 1st Swedish and 1st Moroccan, morph made from 1st Swedish and 2nd Moroccan - these last two are meant as a half-term between Morocco and Sweden, to compare to Portugal)
Moroccan Morphs (one approved by Moroccan members Adamm and Hamilcar, but Hamilcar said it was "somewhat ok" but "darker than average"; one aproved by The Blade)
