They are not incredibly close to either, but Moroccans for the most part. Although, there are Portuguese who could pass in Sweden they are not the average at all.
I have no problem with saying that, not some complexed dude who wants to make it seem like the Iberian Peninsula is bordered by the North Sea or something, lmao.

Moroccans without a doubt, Portuguese are just too short/small faced compared to Swedes in general who have very significant northern CM admixture and that is including the lighter ones, that is before we even come up to general stature and body dimensions so a group of Swedish tourists where even the women are often around 5'10 will stick out like a sore thumb in Portugal. I would go as far as saying that the Portuguese are probably equidistant between the Welsh/north French and Moroccans in general.
