    Being attractive to women as a straight male is more important than ever. Your mind is stuck in the 1950s. Men should be more self-conscious about their looks than women at this point with the way things are going

    It is the other way around. Gay men like hypermasculine looking men more, there are studies on that. Gay men have an obsession with muscular male bodies in a way straight women don't.
